Refund policy

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds: At Shiraz Oriental Rug Gallery, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our rugs. Please read our return, exchange, and refund policies carefully.

  • Original Receipt Requirement: To process a return or exchange, the original receipt is required. Custom rugs and Clearance/Final Sale rugs are non-returnable.

  • Online Purchases and Shipped Rugs: For items bought online or rugs shipped to you, you have 7 days from receipt to return the unused merchandise for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

  • In-Store Purchases: If you purchased and picked up a rug from our showroom, you have 2 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the rug to return it for a full refund.

  • Inspection and Refund Process: Upon return, items will be inspected, and exchanges or credits will be issued for the purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except for damaged or defective merchandise. A 25% restocking fee and redelivery fee apply to items returned or exchanged for reasons other than the manufacturer’s defect or damage.

  • Shipped Item Return: When returning a shipped item, please re-package it in the plastic it was shipped in. Contact Shiraz Oriental Rug Gallery for Return Authorization and to schedule a UPS pick-up. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, except for cash and check purchases, which will be refunded via corporate check.
